Job Summary

The Sales Technology and Operations Manager is responsible ensuring Vicor’s sales operations and business processes are aligned with Vicor’s sales and marketing technology stack. They are responsible for developing, maintaining, and improving platforms, processes, and data infrastructure to support Vicor’s revenue operations. Vicor is currently adopting Salesforce as its CRM platform; this role is responsible for continuing the Salesforce integration and improvements after “go-live.” This includes Salesforce ownership, stakeholder management, goal setting, etc. while coordinating all relevant parties. This role will work towards integration of other sales and marketing platforms and services, including Vicor’s ERP system. They are responsible for operational aspects of Salesforce and work with the Salesforce administrator to train and support account managers, customer service, and channel partners. This role works with the Sales and Marketing business intelligence analyst to develop dashboards and models to monitor and improve marketing campaigns and sales performance. The ideal candidate clearly communicates and demonstrates where we can improve our sales and marketing strategy and execution and identify areas for growth. 

Job Description

Responsibilities
•    Salesforce Management & Operations
o    Define the use and methodology of Salesforce as the Vicor CRM
o    Implement and manage integrations with Salesforce
o    Document sales and marketing operations processes and procedures
o    Coordinate and manage internal (global) and external (implementation consultants)
•    Sales Operations & Business Processes
o    Manage and monitor the sales opportunity pipeline
o    Oversee relevant reporting
o    Administer, grow, and maintain cleanliness of the customer contact database 
•    Sales and Marketing Technology and Lead Management
o    Develop, implement, and manage the lead management process
o    Manage relevant applications, including Demandbase and Marketo
o    Work with the advertising manager to ensure accurate and consistent reporting through Google Analytics and related tools and platforms
 

Education / Qualifications

•    BA in data analytics or equivalent experience
•    Salesforce implementation
•    Project management
•    Data visualization tools such as Tableau, including dashboard development
•    Data analytics platforms such as Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics
•    Marketing automation platforms such as Marketo
•    Statistical analysis and modeling
•    Documentation of tools and sales and marketing processes and systems
•    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
•    Demonstrated ability to manage multiple, complex, concurrent, cross-organizational projects
