The Senior Planner will work closely across purchasing, production and engineering to efficiently coordinate the movement of materials to meet production schedules. 

Job Description

The duties include but are not limited to the following:

  • Capacity Management
  • Forecast Management
  • Conversion of Customer sales orders to MRP (done systemically)
  • Set and maintain the factory plan in accordance with the companies financial target
  • Manage the Production Plan
  • Manage finished product Inventory levels
  • ECO and Effectivety date Management
  • New Product introduction
  • Manage System data (yields, safety stock, class codes, etc.)
  • Establish and maintain performance measurements
  • Manage Master Scheduled items
  • Provide leadership and mentor peers throughout the organization
  • Identify and establish "Best business practices", such as Lean Manufacturing

Education / Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred
  • 10 years of Master Scheduling/Sr. Planning experience 
  • APICS preferred
  • SAP S4 Hanna or similar computer software experience along with Microsoft Office
  • Strong written, verbal and analytical communication skills required
  • Substantial product, plant, process, systems and market knowledge.

Compensation Data

Salary Range:

$100,000 - $125,000

Please note: This range is based on our current market driven pay structures. Individual salaries are determined based upon a variety of factors including but not limited to, a candidates overall qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience as well as company internal equity.
