Job Summary
The Director of Sales, HPC Business Unit is responsible for leading sales efforts and managing key accounts to drive business growth within the HPC Business Unit. This role involves developing and executing sales strategies, building strong relationships with customers, and ensuring the achievement of sales targets. The position reports to the Sr, Director of Sales. HPC Business Unit.
Job Description
• Develop and implement sales plans to achieve revenue, and design win objectives.
• Manage and grow key accounts by building strong relationships with customers,
• Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to capture them.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business unit goals.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform sales strategies.
• Drive customer needs and align expectations within internal teams.
• Provide leadership and guidance to the HPC team.
• Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to senior management.
• Negotiate contracts and agreements with customers.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and address any issues or concerns.
Education / Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven experience in strategic sales and account management.
• Strong understanding of sales principles and practices.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Proficiency in sales software and CRM systems.
• Ability to analyze market trends and competitor activities.

Compensation Data
$155,000 - $180,000
Please note: This range is based on our current market driven pay structures. Individual salaries are determined based upon a variety of factors including but not limited to, a candidates overall qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience as well as company internal equity.
